At the end of january 2015, Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid we had the chance to capture live video feed and video presentations during a 4 days congress in Madrid.
Everyday, at the end of the congress, we had to take the footage recorded in 8 rooms + the presentations and post produce it to have it ready for online distribution.
This work ( video recording, edition and sincronization between audio, video and powerpoint ) had been done in a very short period of time.
At the end of the edition, more than 100 videos where created, edited and delivered in less than 7 days.

Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid was commissioned to design the staging of a very special event for the organizers of EIBTM in Barcelona.
In an old carpark nowadays rehabilitated as an exhibition space (Ailaic Barcelona), LED lighting installed at specific places to create a elegant, chameleonic and relaxing atmosphere that allowed the attendees to enjoy the event playing with the interactive technology available.
Guests were able to create music with the reactable interactive table, play and test the famous google glass and visit distant and virtual locations with virtual reality (not augmentada) to the beat of the music that a DJ was mixing all night long.
For this event Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid decided to do a rear projection (projection from behind, no Front) using multiple projectors to make a single image. Barco W8 Full HD 8000 lumens projetors were used and each one was controlled via Barco Folsom Encore in order to generate this spectacular image of12 meters wide by 3 high.
The room where this spectacular event was done is the Ballroom A+B from the Hilton Diagonal Mar Hotel in Barcelona.
In August 2014 Barcelona World Congress of Cardiology (ESC 2014) was held. Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid made a spectacular show at night in the Ballroom A + B Hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona to prepare an event that was the formal presentation of a new pharmaceutical product.
Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid was responsible for creating a stage and start shocking scene for the selected audience. The assembly made in 17 hours started one at 00:00 on Thursday to have it ready on Friday at 17h for testing.
The scenery consists of a scenario of two levels high, with LED grid to mark areas widescreen 16 meters wide x 3.5 high, Blending made with 4 HDX 20,000 lumens Barco projectors flex processor Barco Folsom Encore screens 50 "LED confidence monitors, environmental lighting during sessions and strut spectacular moments of the event.
During the World Congress of Cardiology held in August in Barcelona, Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid was the selected company for a VIP evening meeting in Esferic, Barcelona.
From the client briefing, we performed a spectacular show using the architecture of the space, because what we were asked for was to create an atmosphere of luxury.

For the Mobile World Congress 2014, Audiovisual Barcelona / Madrid was the company chosen to perform the audiovisual set up from Korean manufacturer LG. The selected venue to launch their new products was the Top City Lounge Hotel Princesa Sofia Barcelona.
For this occasion, we proposed mounting an LED display 6 mm Barco BQ (led black that offers higher contrast) 10 meters wide and 2 meters high.
To launch videos, powerpoints and other content, we chose to use the Barco Folsom Encore because it offers us the possibility to show the content on the screen where we need and when when we need it.
During the EIBTM trade, Audiovisual Barcelona created a nice atmosphere at Hipòstila Room in Sant Pau Hospital.
In order to create such nice atmosphere, we used LED light equipment, passive sound equipment and a digital sound mixer.
The final result was a minimalistic set up.
